Challenge

What needed to be solved

Academic project workflows are usually split across messages, spreadsheets, manual approvals, separate file sharing, and unclear follow-up between roles.

Solution

What I built

I structured Coordinatior as a multi-role product with Flutter screens, Laravel REST APIs, a Blade web dashboard, role-based permissions, demo data, and bilingual Arabic/English web support.

The system gives universities and departments one organized place to manage project proposals, approvals, teams, tasks, chat, files, evaluations, notifications, and reporting.
